Delete a The Tech Pad account
- Email [email protected] from the registered email address.
- Use the subject “The Tech Pad data deletion request”.
- Include the workspace/company name. Do not send passwords, access tokens or message content.
- We will verify authority and acknowledge the request. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless retention is required by law, security or dispute obligations.
Disconnect Meta or WhatsApp
You can remove The Tech Pad from Meta Business Integrations or revoke its WhatsApp asset access in Meta Business Settings. This stops future access. To request deletion of information already stored by The Tech Pad, also submit the email request above.
If you are a message recipient
Contact the business that messaged you and request deletion or correction. That business controls its customer records. You may also contact us with the business and phone number involved, and we will assist as appropriate.
What deletion covers
Subject to verification and lawful retention requirements, deletion includes the account profile, organization membership, connected WhatsApp identifiers and credentials, contacts, conversations, messages, API keys and webhooks associated with the deleted workspace. Limited security logs or backups may persist temporarily before being overwritten or anonymised.
