Before you connect.
Does the Shopify integration use my own WhatsApp number?
Yes — you connect a customer-owned WhatsApp Business number through Meta Embedded Signup. Messages come from your business, not a shared number.
What happens to abandoned carts?
A recovery message is sent after your chosen delay (90 minutes by default), respecting quiet hours. If the customer completes the purchase, the recovery is automatically suppressed.
Is WooCommerce really supported?
Yes — a native WooCommerce connector with a WordPress plugin provides order confirmations, shipment tracking and abandoned-cart recovery.
Are there extra Meta charges?
Meta bills template messaging separately to your business account. Your Tech Pad plan covers the platform, templates and automation.
